Service description

SightStack provides automated website intelligence reports combining AI-powered analysis of Technical SEO, Performance, Responsive Design, UX/Design, Accessibility, and Business Strategy. Reports are generated on a pay-per-report basis and delivered as PDF downloads and interactive web reports. This service is operated by HUMAN ARTS S.R.L. (CUI: 55490457), a company registered in Romania.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use SightStack. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Pricing and payment

SightStack operates on a pay-per-report model. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes (VAT). Payment is processed securely via Stripe before report generation begins. The final price is the amount shown at checkout — there are no hidden fees or surcharges.

Right of withdrawal waiver

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because SightStack delivers digital content (your report) immediately upon payment, you explicitly consent at checkout to waive this right of withdrawal. By checking the consent box during the order process, you acknowledge that:

• Report generation begins immediately after payment is confirmed.
• You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital content.
• This waiver is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refund policy

If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. If you submit a domain that was flagged as potentially problematic during the order process (e.g., requiring authentication, heavy CAPTCHAs, or being otherwise inaccessible) and proceeded anyway, the order is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds based on subjective quality or opinion — reports reflect AI analysis of objective, measurable data. To request a refund, contact us at support@sightstack.app within 14 days of purchase.

Report access

Reports are accessible via a unique, non-guessable URL and never expire. You can access your report at any time using the link provided in your delivery email. You are responsible for keeping your report link secure.

Acceptable use

SightStack analyzes publicly accessible websites only. By using our service, you confirm that you have a legitimate interest in the URL submitted — such as analyzing your own website, performing competitor research, or auditing a client website. You may not use SightStack for malicious purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized security probing. Automated bulk submissions without prior agreement are prohibited. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or redistribute the AI analysis methodology, prompts, or scoring algorithms.

Intellectual property

The reports generated for you are yours to use, share, and distribute as you see fit. The SightStack platform, brand, analysis methodology, and scoring algorithms remain the intellectual property of HUMAN ARTS S.R.L.. SightStack retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data derived from reports for service improvement and marketing purposes (e.g., publishing industry benchmarks or average scores across analyzed sites). No individually identifiable report data is ever shared without your consent.

Limitation of liability

SightStack reports are informational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute professional consulting advice. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from implementing report recommendations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific report in question. SightStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports or service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
